ETH Selling Pressure Mounts as Institutional Investors Lock in Profits

Ethereum (ETH) faced increased selling pressure after institutional investors withdrew $70.7 million from U.S. spot ETFs on July 24, with BlackRock accounting for $52.8 million of that activity.

The withdrawal marked a shift in trend from sustained inflows and raised concerns over whether large investors had started locking in profits or adopted a more cautious stance near key price resistance.

Exchange inflows added another layer of caution, with Ethereum recording a $5.92 million net inflow into exchanges during the latest session, indicating that fresh supply was returning to the market.

However, buyers still retained an opportunity to absorb the additional supply before it significantly altered Ethereum's broader market structure.
