Ether ETFs Soar as Bitcoin Demand Wavers Again
The crypto market has seen a shift in demand as institutional investors continue to favor ether ETFs over bitcoin. On July 28, Blackrock's ETHB led the charge with $5.91 million in inflows, followed closely by Morgan Stanley's MSSE with $5.15 million.
These two funds pulled in a combined total of $14.53 million, marking the fourth day of net inflows for ether ETFs this month.
In contrast, bitcoin ETFs experienced their fourth consecutive day of outflows, losing a net total of $49.75 million on July 28. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust managed to offset some of these losses with a $5.08 million inflow, but the overall trend remains bearish for bitcoin.
Solana ETFs also saw significant outflows, with Bitwise's BSOL losing $18.07 million in assets. This marks one of the largest daily withdrawals since solana's launch and further emphasizes the market's growing preference for ether over other cryptocurrencies.
