Ether Funds Challenge Bitcoin's Dominance with Surprising Inflows
Ether funds are attracting attention for their impressive capital inflows. Over the past three weeks, they've pulled in nearly as much cash as Bitcoin ETFs, despite holding only about one-eighth of the net assets of their Bitcoin counterparts.
This significant trend has analysts talking, particularly when considering that Ether funds are still relatively young and smaller in scale compared to Bitcoin ETFs. The fact that Ether funds can attract capital flows close to Bitcoin ETFs while holding a fraction of the assets is remarkable.
The asset gap between Bitcoin ETFs and Ether funds remains large due to Bitcoin's longer history of accumulated inflows and price appreciation. However, recent weekly capital flows suggest that investors are increasingly choosing Ether at a rate similar to Bitcoin.
