Ether Funds Soar as Bitcoin ETFs Extend Outflow Streak
The Bitcoin ETF market experienced its fourth consecutive day of outflows on Friday, losing $13.29 million in total. In contrast, Ether funds saw a significant surge in investment, attracting $216.41 million and extending their winning streak to four weeks.
Blackrock's IBIT recorded an outflow of $19.23 million, which outweighed fresh demand elsewhere. Morgan Stanley's MSBT attracted $3.76 million, and Vaneck's HODL added $2.18 million. The total trading value for Bitcoin ETFs reached $2.60 billion, with net assets closing at $97.58 billion.
The weakness in the Bitcoin ETF market has coincided with the price of bitcoin hovering around $77,000, leaving institutional flows under close watch heading into next week.
