Ethereum prioritizes censorship resistance, privacy, and security with EIP-8141, which is set for the Hegotá upgrade. Base focuses on scalability, customization, and compliance with EIP-8130.

This divergence means wallet developers may need to support two different transaction formats. However, user experience could remain seamless if handled well.
