Ethereum and Solana Could Become Scarce by 2031: Grayscale Projections

Grayscale has released projections that suggest Ethereum and Solana could become scarcer by 2031 if proposed changes to their tokenomics are implemented.

The proposed changes would reduce the rate of new ETH and SOL entering circulation, with annual supply inflation potentially falling to around 0.4% for Ethereum and 1.1% for Solana.

Grayscale's projection assumes that these changes will be implemented and that other relevant conditions remain unchanged.
