Ethereum Breakout Hopes Hinge on $2,500 as AlphaPepe Buyers Seek Next Big Move
Ethereum has been steadily climbing since August lows, reaching around $2,480-$2,500 and intraday highs above $2,530. This has put the Ethereum price prediction debate back under the spotlight, with traders wondering if ETH can turn $2,500 into support and push toward $3,000.
AlphaPepe (ALPE), a pre-market token, is also attracting attention from buyers hunting an earlier-stage breakout. ALPE remains priced at $0.02789, with $2.5 million raised and over 11,100 holders. Its Stage 20 is live, and exchange rollout approaches.
Institutional accumulation is supporting the bullish case for Ethereum. BitMine, an Ethereum treasury company, reportedly added another 32,447 ETH last week, taking its holdings to approximately 5.85 million ETH. ETF demand has also strengthened during the broader market recovery.
