Ethereum Buying Strength Returns as Taker Ratio Surges
Ethereum's Taker Buy/Sell Ratio has shown signs of buying strength, reaching 1.11 as of September 7, according to Arab Chain, a contributor to CryptoQuant.
This reading indicates that aggressive buy orders outnumber sell orders, with the ratio serving as a benchmark for market sentiment.
The Taker Buy/Sell Ratio has been fluctuating around 1.10 in recent times, but if it stays above 1 over the next few days and is accompanied by rising trading volume and price gains, upside momentum could strengthen further.
However, Arab Chain notes that it's too early to confirm a clear uptrend, as the ratio has repeatedly fallen back below 1 after reaching 1.10 in the past.
