Ethereum Defies Rate Hike Fears to Hit Highest Level Since January
Ethereum (ETH) continued to defy expectations despite the looming rate hike fears. On September 11, ETH surged above $2,600, reaching its highest level since January.
The move caught many short traders off guard and triggered approximately $216 million in short liquidations over a 24-hour period.
Despite this, Ethereum held its ground, with ETF inflows hitting a two-week high of $216.41 million on September 11. The BlackRock Ethereum Trust (ETHA) led the pack with $148 million in inflows.
