Ethereum developers are busy reviewing proposals for the upcoming Hegotá upgrade, with several focusing on adding privacy capabilities to the network.

The proposal list includes 66 submissions, but only FOCIL has been confirmed for inclusion so far. Other notable proposals like EIP-8141, EIP-8250, and EIP-8272 are also under consideration.

While these proposals could give privacy applications more tools at the protocol level, Ethereum still lacks native privacy features.
