Developers from various teams participated in Soldøgn, which took place on the glamsterdam devnet. This cycle allows client teams, builders, and researchers to collaborate and push changes before they reach public testnets and mainnet. The goal is to catch and fix issues early on, avoiding costly mistakes down the line.
During Soldøgn, developers subjected the network to increased transaction loads, observed builder behavior under pressure, and refined gas semantics that affect wallets, rollups, and MEV infrastructure. While some clients did experience issues, the network held up well overall, with teams already working on fixes and patches.
