Ethereum Devs Unlock New Use for EIP-8141 Frames
Ethereum developers have found a way to express several transaction features as programmable contract calls rather than adding them separately to the Ethereum transaction envelope.
This breakthrough, known as EIP-8141 frames, could support features such as expiry, signature aggregation, privacy proofs, and post-transaction assertions without new envelope fields.
Vitalik Buterin argues that this approach could enable parallel validation and lower costs by separating transaction actions from dependencies.
