Ethereum ETF Inflows Soar to New Heights Amid Growing Institutional Demand
Institutional investors have been pouring money into Ethereum spot ETFs in recent weeks. According to SoSoValue data, U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded a significant net inflow of USD 824 million during the week of August 24-28.
This figure marks another milestone for Ethereum ETFs and extends their recent run of positive flows. It also points to growing demand through regulated investment products. The strong weekly inflow is particularly notable, given that it comes after a stretch of notable inflows in the previous week.
BlackRock's ETHA was the biggest contributor among Ethereum ETFs during this period, attracting approximately USD 567 million and making up about 69% of the total net inflows. This concentration highlights how large investors continue to favor established ETF products when building exposure to Ethereum.
The sharp rise in inflows suggests that institutions are becoming more comfortable using ETFs as a simple way to gain exposure to Ethereum, even after a challenging period for crypto markets. As a result, Ethereum spot ETFs have now collected about USD 12.97 billion in cumulative net inflows since their launch.
