Ethereum ETFs Soar as Institutions Flock to ETH
Ethereum ETFs pulled in $221 million on August 20 as Ethereum price surged above $2,300. This is after a $219 million net inflow, marking four consecutive positive sessions for the funds.
BlackRock's ETHA dominated the session with about $173 million in inflows, followed by BlackRock's ETHB with around $35.9 million and Fidelity's FETH adding $5.8 million.
The recent influx of capital is a turnaround for Ethereum ETFs, which struggled through May and June with combined net outflows exceeding $1 billion.
Ethereum price has also seen significant gains, reaching above $2,300 and briefly trading near $2,400. This recovery has led to stronger demand from institutions, making it increasingly difficult to ignore.
