Ethereum Exit Queue Hits Zero as $2,000 Threshold Looms

The Ethereum validator exit queue has dropped to zero, marking a significant shift from the bearish price predictions made just last year. The ETH price is hovering around $1,950 as it tries to reclaim the crucial $2,000 resistance level. However, staking data suggests a different story that the price chart has yet to confirm.

The validator queue data shows that the exit queue cleared after swelling to roughly 2.6 million ETH last year, when validators faced withdrawal waits of about 45 days. Now, more than 2.5 million ETH is waiting to enter staking, creating an activation delay of nearly 44 days.

Total staked ETH has climbed to approximately 40.9 million coins, representing around 33.6% of the circulating supply, the highest staking ratio in Ethereum’s history. Nearly 887,000 active validators now secure the network, indicating demand remains strong for long-term participation rather than exits.
