Ethereum Foundation Adds Security Expert to Board

The Ethereum Foundation has expanded its board with the addition of pcaversaccio, a security expert and co-founder of SEAL 911. This move is part of the foundation's efforts to strengthen its focus on privacy and protocol security.

pcaversaccio will serve on the board for a one-year voluntary term, bringing the total number of board members to four. The current board consists of President Aya Miyaguchi, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, and Swiss legal counsel Patrick Storchenegger.

As a security researcher, pcaversaccio has made significant contributions to the Ethereum ecosystem. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Silviculture Society, which provides informal counsel on topics such as censorship resistance, privacy, open-source software development, and security.
