Ethereum Foundation Appoints Cyberpunk Advocate to Board
The Ethereum Foundation has appointed Pascal Caversaccio to its board of directors. This marks a significant step in emphasizing the importance of censorship resistance, open-source development, privacy, and security within the foundation's vision.
Caversaccio, also known as pcaversaccio or pc, brings extensive experience as a longtime Ethereum contributor and co-founder of SEAL 911, a free emergency response service for crypto security incidents. The initiative has handled over 3,300 support tickets and coordinated war rooms to recover more than $180 million in assets.
Caversaccio's role on the board will last one year and is conducted voluntarily. He joins President Aya Miyaguchi, co-founder Vitalik Buterin, and Swiss counsel Patrick Storchenegger as the fourth member of the board.
