Ethereum Foundation Bolsters Board with SEAL 911 Co-Founder
The Ethereum Foundation (EF) has expanded its board by appointing Pascal Caversaccio, co-founder of SEAL 911 and a long-time Ethereum contributor. This move comes as the organization prioritizes privacy and security in its strategy.
Caversaccio joins President Aya Miyaguchi, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin, and Swiss counsel Patrick Storchenegger on the four-member board for an initial one-year term. He is a member of the Foundation's Silviculture Society, which focuses on censorship resistance, open-source development, privacy, and security.
Caversaccio has written extensively on Ethereum privacy, including 'The Ethereum Cypherpunk Manifesto' in 2024 and 'Ethereum Privacy: The Road to Self-Sovereignty' in 2025. As a member of the board, he will help set the Foundation's vision and oversee management's strategies.
