Tanaka, an analyst on X, believes that Ethereum has the potential to outperform Bitcoin this cycle due to its exposure to staking yields and its role as a settlement layer for blockchain-based financial products. Tanaka points to the growth of stablecoins, tokenized Treasuries, and real-world assets, which are all built on top of the Ethereum network.
The Ethereum ecosystem has seen significant activity in recent times, with 35 new products and upgrades launched across various sectors such as finance, privacy, wallets, gaming, and network upgrades.
