Ethereum Price Consolidates Around Key Support Levels Amid Volatility Compression
Ethereum's price has been stuck in a tight trading range for weeks, leaving traders waiting for the next major move. Despite volatility continuing to decline, ETH is holding key support levels and network activity has improved during this consolidation phase.
A breakdown of Brave New Coin data shows Ethereum trading around $1,905, with the asset attempting to hold after recovering from its recent lows. According to Daan Crypto Trades, ETH has rarely remained compressed for such an extended period without eventually seeing a stronger expansion.
The current range leaves ETH with a clear technical battle ahead. Holding the $1,800-$1,850 support zone keeps the recovery structure intact, while a breakout above $1,950-$2,000 could trigger the next move higher towards $2,300-$2,500. A loss of the current support area would weaken the bullish setup and increase the chances of ETH revisiting lower levels around $1,700-$1,750.
