The ETH futures activity remained far larger than spot trading volume, with CoinGlass recording $74.22 billion in futures turnover compared to $5.07 billion in 24-hour spot volume.
This imbalance left Ethereum exposed to sharper intraday swings if leveraged traders exited together.
