Ethereum Price Holds Firm at $2,500, But Sellers Remain Strong
Ethereum's price held steady around $2,500 on September 14, but technical indicators point to weak momentum and resistance from sellers.
The cryptocurrency opened at $2,477 and reached as high as $2,535 before trading near $2,512, a gain of about 1.4%.
Despite the recent rally lifting Ethereum's price from below $2,000 to the $2,400-$2,550 range, attempts to extend the rally have stalled near the upper boundary.
A close above $2,550 is necessary for a sustained continuation signal, and analysts believe that reclaiming this level could open the path toward $3,000.
