Ethereum Price Pinned Against Key Support Zone
Ethereum's price has been trading around $1,913 after opening at $1,908.93, down 0.3% from Sunday's open.
The asset is still 61.4% below its all-time high of $4,951.66 reached on August 24, 2025.
The Ethereum network has made significant improvements in throughput and transaction fees, with median mainnet fees falling over 99% to under $0.02 by March 2026.
This development destroyed the fee burn that made ETH structurally scarce during the previous cycle.
Despite this, Ethereum's price is still pinned against a key support zone at $1,900, which also lined up with the max pain price for the August 9 options expiry on Deribit.
