Ethereum's price prediction has been on everyone's mind lately, and Robinhood's prediction markets have assigned a specific probability to reaching a major milestone. According to Robinhood's data, there is a 31% chance that Ethereum will reach $3,500 before January 1, 2027.
Analyst forecasts vary wildly, with Tom Lee predicting $6,000 by December 2026, but only if Bitcoin reaches $150,000. Changelly's model puts Ethereum's December 2026 average at a much lower $2,183. This wide range shows how much these forecasts depend on their underlying assumptions.
To reach $3,500, Ethereum needs to move about 41% from its current price of $2,480. It also needs to reclaim $3,124 and gain another 12%. The network's Glamsterdam upgrade is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026, and institutional demand could provide support.
