Ethereum Price Pulls Back as Bearish Sentiment Intensifies
Ethereum's price has pulled back below $1,900 after facing rejection near $1,920 resistance. This rejection triggered bearish sentiment across the market.
According to Santiment data, the ratio of positive-to-negative Ethereum commentary has dropped to one of its lowest levels in recent weeks. Historically, this pattern has preceded a 14% rally and a 7% advance on previous occasions.
The decline in exchange reserves continues to reinforce the accumulation narrative despite the price pullback. Ethereum's exchange reserves have declined to 15.1 million ETH, down from over 21 million ETH a year ago, indicating that investors are withdrawing ETH from exchanges rather than keeping it available for immediate selling.
