Ethereum Price Rally Remains Elusive Amid Strong Fundamentals
Ethereum's price rally has yet to materialize, despite its strong fundamentals. The network continues to play a key role in decentralized finance, stablecoins, staking, and real-world asset tokenization.
However, the current challenge for Ethereum lies not in its technology or ecosystem size, but rather in translating these strengths into sufficient buying demand in the market.
The ETH/BTC ratio remains low, indicating a lack of investor confidence in ETH. Additionally, capital flows into spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have been inconsistent, providing only temporary support to market sentiment.
On a positive note, the amount of ETH being staked is high, representing roughly one-third of the total supply. This reduces the circulating supply and can be supportive of prices in the long term, but it will not generate a major price rally without new capital entering the market.
