Ethereum Price Reclaims $1,900 as Bullish Divergence and Smart Money Support Recovery
Ethereum's price has recovered above $1,900 after buyers absorbed another move towards the lower end of its recent trading range. According to Brave New Coin data, Ethereum is now trading near $1,907, up approximately 1.32% over the past 24 hours.
A bullish divergence supports the recovery, with Ethereum's lower-timeframe structure improving after price held above its recent lows while the Relative Strength Index formed a higher low. This suggests that downside momentum was weakening even as Ethereum continued testing support.
The next test for Ethereum's price sits around $1,920-$1,955, where it has faced repeated selling pressure. Large-holder activity is also attracting attention after Arthur Hayes reportedly purchased another $6.39 million worth of Ethereum, bringing his total accumulation since July 15 to approximately 7,213 ETH at an average price of $1,923.
A sustained move above $1,923 would place the position back around break-even and could improve sentiment around the latest accumulation. However, a decisive close above $2,000 is still needed to confirm that Ethereum's rebound is developing into a larger breakout.
