Ethereum Price Reclaims $2,500 as Spot Demand Fades
Ethereum's price has reclaimed $2,500, but spot demand is starting to fade. The cryptocurrency held onto this support level where about 2.86 million ETH were previously traded.
Exchange balances fell by 116,000 ETH in two days, reducing near-term liquid supply. A close above $2,560 could target $2,750, but fading spot demand raises rejection risks.
Buyers now face softer spot demand and renewed interest-rate concerns. The FED's and the Bank of Japan's outlooks have limited risk appetite across digital assets.
Ethereum price briefly reclaimed $2,500 before slipping 0.23% to about $2,495. Buyers must clear $2,515 to $2,560 before targeting higher levels. Failure to hold nearby support could send prices toward lower levels.
