Ethereum Price Spikes Amid Record ETH ETF Inflows
Ethereum's price briefly touched $2,665 on September 11 as inflows to ETH ETFs surged. The uptick in Ethereum price followed the release of the US CPI print, which fell in line with expectations.
Despite Goldman Sachs warning that the Fed could hike rates at the September 16 FOMC meeting, Ethereum's gains continued. Data from SoSoValue shows that inflows to Ethereum ETFs reached $216.41 million on September 11, the highest recorded since August 27.
The BlackRock Ethereum Trust (ETHA) saw the largest influx of funds at $148 million, while the Bitcoin Ethereum ETF saw $29 million in inflows. The total value traded for all Ethereum ETFs topped $2.56 billion, nearly equaling Bitcoin's $2.6 billion.
