Ethereum Price Stabilizes Above Key Support Level Ahead of Potential Rally to $2,100
Ethereum's price has been holding steady above an important support level, and analysts believe that if this support holds, the cryptocurrency could rally to $2,100. Currently, Ethereum is trading at $1,866.89, up 0.08% in the last 24 hours with a daily trading volume of $15.72 billion.
The recent price action suggests that Ethereum may be forming higher highs and higher lows on its four-hour chart, which could indicate a natural corrective phase back into the $1,800-$1,850 range. However, if buyers manage to find momentum above this range, Ethereum's price could test several resistance areas.
The first resistance level stands at $1,925, while the second important resistance area starts at $1,980-$2,000. The $2,000 level has both psychological and technical significance, and a breakout above this area would indicate that buyers have regained the initiative and could move further to $2,100.
Institutional investment in Ethereum is also showing encouraging signs, with spot Ethereum ETFs recording a net inflow of $9 million. This suggests growing confidence from larger investors, which could provide additional momentum for Ethereum's price in the weeks ahead.
