Ethereum Price Stalls Below $2,500 Amid Weakening Momentum
Ethereum's price has stalled below $2,500 as momentum weakens. The price traded near $2,493 on September 7 after failing to hold above $2,500. Weakening momentum and nearby liquidation clusters kept Ethereum within a narrow range.
The pullback followed a sharp rally in August that lifted Ethereum from below $1,900 to above $2,500. Since then, the price has moved sideways as buyers struggle to extend the breakout and sellers defend the upper end of the new range.
The daily Bollinger Bands place Ethereum's middle band near $2,448, while the upper and lower bands sit around $2,578 and $2,319. However, the price has repeatedly failed to establish a daily close above the $2,530-$2,550 region.
