Ethereum Price Surges to $2,507.26 on Eight Consecutive Sessions of ETF Inflows
Ethereum's price has been on the rise, reaching $2,507.26 as of Thursday morning on a 24-hour volume of $7.59 billion, up 1.67% from Wednesday's close. This puts ETH back at levels last seen in January and February, with a gain of 27.80% over the past seven days.
The cryptocurrency's market capitalization has also increased, sitting near $301 billion, up from $295.7 billion earlier this week. Ethereum now accounts for 10.88% of the total crypto market value.
Despite reaching a record high of $4,954 in August 2025, ETH is currently 49.4% below that level and 65.8% above its June low of $1,512.
The recent price surge has been fueled by eight consecutive sessions of net inflows into US spot ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs), with the total cumulative streak now surpassing $1 billion. Bitcoin ETFs have also seen similar flows, matching Ethereum's day-for-day performance.
