Ethereum Rally Sets Sights on $4,700 Resistance Level
Ethereum (ETH) staged a remarkable rally, surging by about 30% to reach $2,420 after sentiment hit a three-month low, according to Santiment. The weight of bearish sentiment had been significant, but analysts now watch for the next resistance levels at $2,465 and potentially $2,900.
Michaël van de Poppe, founder of MN Fund, believes that Ethereum can continue advancing as long as it remains above $2,000. He sees the current price movement as a positive sign, indicating a higher high could be in store for the asset.
Crypto Patel has also weighed in on the situation, stating that Ethereum has gained more than 55% from the $1,500 accumulation zone and that $4,700 is the next major resistance point. His chart projects longer-term targets of $10,000, $15,000, and $20,000 after a successful break.
Axel Bitblaze drew comparisons to Ethereum's Apr. 2025 bottom near $1,500, which preceded weeks of sideways trading before the asset pushed toward $2,400. He expects another dip could be on the horizon, but analysts remain optimistic about the current price action.
