Ethereum Reclaims Key Level at $2,500 Amid Growing Institutional Demand

Ethereum's price has finally reclaimed a key level after 108 days of being below it, reaching $2,500.

This milestone is significant because demand had been building up at the lower end of $1,900-$2,050 for months, and once supply was depleted, demanders quickly pushed through the $2,568 level with exploding volume, indicating stronger participation behind the breakout.

However, the rapid advance into new territory stalled just shy of $2,458, suggesting that bulls were yet to establish a solid floor at $2500. The pause in price action is also reflected in the RSI, which fell back from over 90 to 70.81 as of writing without corresponding price drop.

The reclamation of the realized price could lead to additional potential for an upward continuation to the previous breakout area at $2,568 if bulls can get through $2,500 again. On the other hand, if $2,426 is breached downward, it may indicate growing bearish pressure.
