Ethereum Sees Massive Capital Influx, Suggesting Potential Rally Ahead

Ethereum's recent market turmoil has been followed by a significant increase in on-chain capital inflows, signaling a potential rally. Over the past day, the total inflow of capital into the Ethereum chain reached $83 million, with a netflow of $58.5 million, according to Artemis data.

This influx of capital is accompanied by rising fees and transaction counts, indicating growing on-chain activity. Daily fees have averaged $200,000, while daily transactions have grown steadily, holding around 2.5 million for most of this year. This compares favorably to the 2025 average of 1.5-1.6 million daily transactions.

However, not all metrics are pointing in the same direction. Decentralized exchange (DEX) volume and stablecoin supply have been declining. DEX volume dropped from a peak of $1.529 billion on July 8 to around $360.9 million, representing a 22% decline over seven days.

Despite these mixed signals, analysts predict that Ethereum is undervalued at its current price of $1,888 and could see a significant price surge within the next two to three years.
