Ethereum Slips Below $2,400 Amid Broader Crypto Market Sell-Off
Ethereum has slipped below $2,400 after a 2.3% decline over the past 24 hours to roughly $2,414.
The token's price drop is part of a broader crypto market sell-off, driven by geopolitical tensions and higher Treasury yields, which have pushed investors away from risk assets.
The US 10-year Treasury yield climbed to 4.81%, its highest level since November 2023, while the dollar index reached its highest point since August 17.
A large whale holding 167,855 ETH worth around $408 million began moving tokens to exchanges, adding to Ethereum's decline.
