Ethereum Stablecoin Flows Plummet as Staking Rate Rises

Ethereum's stablecoin netflow on Binance has seen a sharp decline of 518% in just one week, signaling a significant shift in liquidity. This drop is notable as it indicates that investors are either withdrawing their funds or switching to other assets.

In contrast, the staking rate for ETH has increased from 33.44% to 33.90%, suggesting that more users are locking up their coins and participating in the network's validation process.

The Ethereum price is currently trading near $1,908, but it needs to close above $2,150 to confirm a bullish reversal. Failure to do so could lead to prices dropping as low as $1,700 or lower.
