Ethereum Stablecoin Liquidity Plummets on Binance
Ethereum's stablecoin liquidity on Binance has seen a sharp decline, marking one of the largest structural shifts in the market. The stablecoin netflow fell 518% weekly and 728% quarterly baseline, indicating a significant reduction in activity. This reversal is closely watched as Binance remains the deepest venue for Ethereum stablecoin settlement.
The staking rate on Ethereum has risen steadily from 33.44% to 33.90%, signaling gradual asset lock-up. Meanwhile, weekly network fees burnt jumped 48%, but remain 54% below the 90-day average level. This suggests that network activity has not fully recovered to prior levels.
A daily close above $2,150 is needed to confirm a bullish structure reversal for Ethereum. Failure to reclaim this level could send Ethereum back toward $1,700, with $1,500 as the major downside liquidity target if selling resumes.
