Ethereum Stablecoin Liquidity Plunges as Fees Rebuild
Ethereum's stablecoin liquidity on Binance has seen a sharp reversal, with a 518% weekly decline in netflow. This drop is even more pronounced when compared to monthly and quarterly baselines, which fell by 347% and 728%, respectively.
The Ethereum staking rate has been steadily increasing, climbing from 33.44% to 33.90%. This suggests a gradual asset lock-up on the network.
Weekly transaction fees burnt on the Ethereum network rose 48%, but remain 54% below their 90-day average. The current rally is testing a previously respected bearish order block, and analysts are watching this zone closely for the next directional move.
A daily close above $2,150 would be needed to confirm a bullish structure shift. Failure to reclaim that level could send Ethereum back toward $1,700, with major downside liquidity targets at $1,500 if selling resumes.
