Ethereum Staking APR Hits 2.62% as Ebunker's Holdings Reach 4.9%
The Ethereum network has seen significant staking activity in recent times, with various validators and staking platforms contributing to the growth of the ecosystem. Ebunker, one of the largest Asian node operators, holds over $1.5 billion in assets and offers non-custodial and custodial staking solutions for large institutions and high-net-worth individuals. According to Bitget's Ethereum Staking Weekly Report, Ebunker's Ethereum staking APR stands at 2.62%, while stETH (Lido) averages 2.60% over the past week.
The total amount of Ethereum staked currently stands at 42,918,526 ETH, representing a staking rate of 35.55%. The recent increase in staking activity is attributed to various factors, including the growing popularity of Ethereum staking and the increasing number of validators entering the market. Ebunker has seen significant growth in its holdings, adding 53,500 ETH to its position, which now accounts for 4.9% of the total Ethereum supply.
Other notable developments include Harmony's plan to gradually shut down its existing network and shift focus to an AI video business, as well as the proposal to migrate ONE token to Ethereum. Arbitrum has also generated $6.10 million in revenue through fees, Timeboost, AEP fees, and treasury management in the first half of 2026.
