Ethereum Staking Hits Record 34.7% of Total Supply

Ethereum's staking participation has reached a new all-time high, with over 41.89 million ETH, representing 34.7% of the network's total supply, locked in the beacon chain.

This milestone highlights the growing commitment to network security and the maturation of Ethereum's proof-of-stake model, despite the annual yield for stakers compressing to around 2.6%.

The increasing participation is driven by the adoption of liquid staking protocols like Lido and Rocket Pool, as well as institutional interest in yield-generating digital assets.
