Ethereum Surges 34% as Fundstrat's Tom Lee Sees $6,000 Target
Ethereum's rally continued unabated, reaching $2,440 to $2,465 after surging 34% over the last 30 days. The cryptocurrency market capitalization has risen to $2.65 trillion, up 0.5% in the past 24 hours.
Fundstrat Global Advisors co-founder Tom Lee believes that Ethereum could reach $6,000 by 2026 if Bitcoin reaches $150,000 and the ETH/BTC ratio moves from 0.03 to 0.04. Lee described this estimate as 'conservative,' noting that the ETH/BTC ratio reached 0.08 during the 2021 bull run.
Lee also pointed to the CLARITY Act as a potential catalyst for Ethereum's price, emphasizing that increased regulatory certainty could encourage greater participation by traditional financial institutions.
