Ethereum Surpasses 182M Wallets, Leaving Bitcoin Far Behind
Ethereum has reached an all-time high of 182.74 million non-empty wallets, more than three times the count on the Bitcoin network.
This milestone underscores Ethereum's significant lead in user adoption compared to other major blockchains, according to data from on-chain analytics firm Santiment.
The number of Ethereum holders has been steadily increasing over the past decade and surpassed Bitcoin's count back in 2019. Since then, it has accelerated, leaving other cryptocurrencies far behind.
Tether (USDT) comes in third with 12.96 million addresses, followed by Dogecoin (DOGE), XRP (XRP), USDC (USDC), and Cardano (ADA). These five assets have significantly lower wallet counts compared to Ethereum and Bitcoin.
