Ethereum Trapped in Three-Week Consolidation Range

Ethereum (ETH) continues to trade within a narrow range of $2,486-$2,500, stuck for over three weeks without a definitive directional trend. Despite this consolidation, futures open interest has not kept pace with price appreciation, indicating limited conviction among leveraged market participants.

Net withdrawals from US spot Ethereum ETFs reached $24.3 million on Tuesday, reducing institutional buying pressure during this period of stagnation. A crucial resistance zone lies between $2,525-$2,535; breaking above could propel prices towards $2,550-$2,600.

The 20-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) represents the nearest dynamic support level beneath current trading ranges, positioned near $2,403. Technical indicators suggest bullish momentum but insufficient strength to catalyze a decisive breakout attempt.
