Ethereum TVL Share Hits New High, Securing Over Half of Total Crypto Value Locked

Ethereum's dominance in decentralized finance (DeFi) continues to grow, with its share of total cryptocurrency value locked (TVL) rising by 1.39% over the past 30 days.

According to data from staking provider Everstake, citing DefiLlama, Ethereum now accounts for 54.39% of the total TVL, a significant increase from 53% just one month ago.

This growth reflects years of ecosystem expansion, protocol upgrades, and developer adoption, as mentioned by Everstake in their analysis: 'When one network now secures 54.39% of the entire crypto TVL, it's a reminder of just how significant Ethereum's position has become.'
