Ethereum Whales' Average Entry Prices Cluster in Key Support Range
Crypto analyst Murphy has shed light on the average entry prices of Ethereum whales, which cluster in the $1,900-$2,400 range. This analysis could serve as a strategic zone for investors, particularly when combined with periods of extreme fear.
The researcher notes that addresses holding between 100 and 1,000 ETH have an estimated average entry price of $1,900, while those with 10,000 to 100,000 ETH show an average cost basis of $2,400. The largest holders, those with more than 100,000 ETH, have an average entry of $2,400.
Murphy suggests that buying when the price falls below $1,900 and pausing purchases above the upper boundary could be a reasonable risk-management approach. This strategy has shown a high success rate in previous market downturns.
