Ethereum's $83M Capital Influx Sparks Rally Hopes
Ethereum's recent market performance has been underwhelming, but signs are emerging that ETH is primed for a rally. According to data from Artemis, Ethereum saw a massive $83 million capital inflow over the past day, with a netflow of $58.5 million. This influx of capital, combined with growing on-chain activity and rising network fees, points to strengthening interest in the ecosystem.
Despite this positive trend, decentralized exchange (DEX) volume has continued to decline, dropping by 22% over the past seven days alone. Additionally, stablecoin supply has seen a significant outflow, with total market capitalization decreasing by $4.8 billion since July's start. This uneven distribution of activity suggests that Ethereum's recent momentum hasn't fully spread across the ecosystem.
Despite these challenges, analysts believe Ethereum is undervalued at its current price of $1,888. Daily transactions have grown steadily throughout the year, averaging 2.5 million for most of 2023, compared to around 1.5-1.6 million in 2025. This upward growth, combined with rising total value locked and increasing network fees, suggests a strong foundation for future price appreciation.
