eToro Group Beats Q2 Earnings Expectations with Strong Net Contribution Growth
eToro Group reported higher second-quarter net contribution and adjusted EBITDA as customer activity shifted toward equities.
The company's trading and investing platform, which allows users to trade in a variety of assets including stocks, cryptocurrencies, commodities, and indices, saw an 18% year-over-year increase in funded accounts to 4.28 million.
eToro Group also announced plans to acquire U.S. broker-dealer TradeZero for up to $231 million in cash and stock, with closing expected in the first half of 2027.
