eToro Returns to Hungarian Market with Cryptocurrency Bonus
eToro, a multi-asset brokerage platform, has announced its return to the Hungarian market. The company's decision comes after nearly a year of absence from the country due to changes in cryptocurrency regulations.
In July 2026, new laws governing cryptocurrency trading were implemented, creating a more predictable and competitive environment for global brokers like eToro. As a result, the platform has decided to re-enter the Hungarian market with a special promotion for new users.
New customers who register on the platform through a specific link will receive a 50-euro bonus in cryptocurrency if they meet certain conditions, such as depositing at least 200 dollars. The bonus can be used to trade six different cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, ADA, and XRP.
eToro's return to Hungary marks a significant development for the local cryptocurrency market. The platform offers over 11,000 assets, including stocks, ETFs, commodities, indices, currencies, and cryptocurrencies. eToro has also received a MiCA license from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) in January 2025, allowing it to operate as a regulated broker in Europe.
