Europe Dominates Solana Leader Slots

The Solana network has seen a significant concentration of leader slots among European countries, with Europe accounting for 72.9% of such positions.

According to a recent report, Germany holds the largest share of leader slots at 36.1%, making it the highest among all countries.

Frankfurt, Germany, also tops the list of cities with a 35.3% share of Solana leader slots.

A leader slot refers to the period assigned to a validator to produce a block on the Solana network.
